Jeff, Jen, Walker, and Keyton

I think that sounds pretty good, if I must say so myself <3 I already love our little princess so much, I know our family wouldn't be complete without her! :)

PiNk, pInK, and MORE PINK!!

Well, we got a nice little surprise yesterday at the doctor when the ultrasound nurse squeezed us in at the end of the day!! We were literally the last people in the doctor's office so we were so thankful she let us go ahead and do it instead of goin back next week.

AND SHE'S CLEARLY A LITTLE LADY IN THERE!!! Who called it? Hmmm?? I told Jeff that I am going to start a business charging all my friends to tell them the sex of their baby because I'M ALWAYS RIGHT!! It's a talent I tell ya. :)

Yeah, you could very clearly see what was goin on down there in the ultrasound and the nurse said she's 99.9999% sure it's a girl, only because she never says 100%.  So Keaton it is!! We're not sure about the middle name yet, we haven't talked about it much except to establish that we love the name Keaton and so Keaton she will be. <3 We're also not set on that spelling, but I don't really know any better way to spell it that will not cause confusion. Keeton looks masculine to me...Keyton is kinda weird lookin...Keatyn just doesn't look right b/c you don't pronounce it like there's a 'y' at the end. Keighton is too long and weird. So I really don't know any better way to spell it!

She was movin her arms around alot and even waved at us once, but I never felt a thing!! She looked huge in there to me so I don't know HOW I haven't felt her...maybe that's a bad sign that I have gained too much fat and it's insulating me from feeling her kick. :( I hope not. Regardless, she looked perfect and had fingers and toes and a nose and eyes so she's off to a great start! We saw the 4 chambers of her little heart just a-pumpin' in there, it was amazing!! I think if I have 15 babies, it would never cease to amaze me how awesome God made the whole childbearing process. To look in MY STOMACH and see a little moving, breathing gift from Heaven just blows my mind. How AWESOME is our Creator?!?!

I had to go buy a few cute little outfits today just so it felt real! I just can't believe we are about to have two little angels in our house:) It was funny, it's like Jeff hadn't really thought about all the things that would be different going from a boy baby to a girl baby.  The minute we pulled in our garage, he got out of the car and stopped short and goes, "oh my...this means I gotta pay for a wedding....." I said yeah, we hope so!! <3

So there is our exciting news, all bundled up into one post! Baby girl Keaton(or however we spell it) is on her way. Yay!

Nothin new...ho hum...

Well, nothin new to report yet....I'm still waitin on baby nugget #2 to show me some action in there....when I was about 15 weeks, I thought I felt some flutters, but nothin since then so I am beginning to think I was wishfully imagining it. I am 17 weeks and 4 days now, so quickly approaching the next ultrasound! I can't wait!! Although, I am 99% sure it is a hot pink luvin little girl in there. I have gained weight differently this time and my face has been broken out and so I just have a feelin....we'll see soon!

In Walkerman news, we have recently moved from two naps a day to one nap. This mommy THOUGHT that would mean a lonnnnng afternoon nap so that she could have time to do alllll she needed to do around the house, but boy was I wrong so far. The past two days his naps have been 1.5 hours and 45 MINUTES!!!! How does a little critter go from 7am to 8pm on only ONE 45 MINUTE NAP?!?! I have no idea....but this has got to change in order for ME to keep my sanity. I'm prayin :)

So I go to the doctor on Monday, the 20th, for my supposed 16 week check-up, but I think that is kind of funny b/c I will be 18 weeks and 2 days.  The scheduling lady totally screwed me up.  Dr. Everson wants me back between 19 and 20 weeks for my ultrasound so basically I go on Monday just to turn around and go back the next week. Oh well!! 2 times in 2 weeks to hear our little turnip's heartbeat!! (turnip is what size my little pregnancy app on my phone says the baby is at this point) (what IS a turnip anyway?? anybody??) So I will post again either after my Monday appointment or in 2 weeks after my ultrasound appointment!! Whenever I have some fun news!! :) XoXo

I will leave you with a precious picture of my baby with his haircut! He hasn't had it cut since November so he looks totally different to me now! So big!! And also a pic of my expanding belly, this is at 17 weeks. Yikes!! Gettin big already!

Oh yeah, I forgot about this whole blog thing....

So I have no excuse for not blogging, especially now that we have round #2 coming soon!! Nugget #2 will be here before we know it and what kind of Mom am I if Walker will have all my blogs from when I was pregnant with him to look at and Nugget2 has none?! So I must attempt to start trying to blog more.  Nothing too exciting has happened yet since we still don't know it Nugs#2 is of the male or female persuasion.  But we will know soon! In about a month to be exact, since I am exactly 20 weeks on my birthday, March 3rd! How fun and random is that?!? Nug#2 is due July 21st, but I am not expecting an appearance until at least August 1st.

As of today, I am 16 weeks and feelin great! Which I am SO happy to say since the first 12 weeks were NOT FUN. I was not prepared for this since I felt so wonderful with Walkerman the whole time, so I was prolly even a bigger wuss about it. But I felt like "POOP," as Walker would so proudly say like he does almost every time he goes. So I am glaaaaad that whole time is over.  Since then I have felt great.  I am eating way too much just like I said I would NOT do before I got pregnant. How come as soon as you get pregnant it seems perfectly okay to eat everything you want to?! Or is that just me?? Prolly so.

Nothing else too crazy goin on in our lives.  Walker is practically a teenager it seems like.  Time goes by so fast! I remember when I was growing up, my parents saying alllllll the time that I was growing up too fast and thinking okay you say that every year so if you would just stop saying that and pay attention to me growing, maybe it wouldn't seem to be going so fast. But even tho I try to stop and just watch Walker growing every day, it still seems to be flying by.  I feel like yesterday we were swaddling him up to sleep and then he was pushing his little walker* around the house. *like the walkers that babies use to learn to walk, not like a little Walker doll or anything ;) TIME IS GOING TOO FAST.  Here are a few pictures of my handsome little best buddy:

So that's about all we got goin on....Walker is learning 100 new things every day and Mommy takes about 100 pictures of him learning these new things every day. So I'm sorry if you get sick of seeing my precious little angel on my facebook all the time, but I'm really not....sorry, that is. :)

If I'm totally honest, I prolly won't post again until after our 20 week appointment when we do an ultrasound to try and see the sex of the baby. Unless I have a funny story to tell.....until then!! XoXo
